There are over 40 Integral Yoga® Institutes and centers in the USA and in other countries including, Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus, England, France, Germany, Gibraltar, India, Nigeria, Portugal, Spain and Sri Lanka. Integral Yoga Institutes and Centers offer classes and workshops in Hatha Yoga, meditation, Yoga philosophy, and vegetarian diet, as well as in the various branches of Yoga. Daily classes, evening programs, and longer courses are all available to the public. There are Karma Yoga (selfless service) opportunities and living Yoga training programs often available. In addition to Hatha Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training programs, there is a wide variety of advanced and specialized certification courses offered in many of the Integral Yoga Centers such as: Cardiac Yoga®, Extra Gentle Yoga, Stress Management, Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga, Yoga for the Special Child™, and Yoga for Cancer Patients. Some of the Integral Yoga Institutes and Centers include small residential communities. Residents and staff make a commitment to live by the basic yogic principle that when you calm your mind you will abide in peace. In this way, the staff runs the Yoga center not as a business but as an environment for spiritual growth. |
